Wt & JWt 3.3.8 RC2 and Wt 4.0.0 RC2

We uploaded a second (and likely final) release candidate for 3.3.8.

This release fixes several bugs, and introduces a few small features, like OpenID Connect support.

We also released a second release candidate for Wt 4.0.0: download wt-4.0.0-rc2.tar.gz and read its release notes.

-Link to release note 4.0.0 is not valid
-I believe many comments in the lib's code (version 4.0.0) are not updated and therefore the doxygen generated docu is also not valid. Example: Code in https://webtoolkit.eu/wt/wt-4.0.0-rc1/doc/reference/html/classWt_1_1WFileUpload.html#details would not compile. Question: When is docu up to date?

The release notes link has been fixed. The documentation for Wt 4 could indeed use more work. I hope to find time to update most of it before the Wt 4 release.
